KANSAS CITY, Mo. (November 2022) – CopperPoint, the entrepreneurial investment company specializing in the home-services industry, has hired industry veteran Broderick Joyce to join its team. He brings a broad background and military service to CopperPoint.
Broderick will provide Business Development support, interfacing daily with customers and contacts. He also is responsible for outbound outreach.

He also worked at one of Kansas City’s largest plumbing/HVAC companies, so he brings deep experience with specific industry knowledge.”
Prior to joining CopperPoint, Broderick was a Business Development Associate and Sales Application Engineer with two Johnson Controls companies, where he worked directly with representatives and general contractors. Broderick also was Sewer/HVAC Project Coordinator at Bob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, AC, Rooter and Electrical. Previously, he served in several roles within the Army National Guard, where he received the Army Commendation Medal.
Broderick holds a Certified Professional Sales Leader credential from the National Association of Sales Professionals. A Texas native, Broderick and his family live in Merriam, Kan.
