KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 14, 2023) – Former Nexstar Customer Experience Manager Tracy Sturdivant has joined CopperPoint, an entrepreneurial investment company specializing in the home-services industry.

One example Tracy provides is her recent work with a mid-size plumbing company in Tennessee. “They did not have an inside sales role, and one of their technicians was looking for a change. I helped them implement a revenue recovery model that is now generating $100,000 per month in sales they might have missed.”
Tracy started her career in customer service, learning more from the customers than they learned from her, she said. “But I discovered how to establish genuine relationships and find people’s ‘why’.”
Her next role with Verizon Wireless taught her that processes and consistency were the key to customer service. She carried this process-driven approach to a growing home services company, where she fell in love with the trades. “I had incredible mentors and learned invaluable lessons from them as we grew this company to more than $22 million in revenue in eight years.” Tracy talks about the proven roadmap to success provided by Nexstar as the company grew, which created her next step – joining the “best of the best” at Nexstar.
